(More customer reviews)I have been drooling over this phone ever since I first saw the teasers online last year prior to it's release. I finally, got around to ordering this last Christmas and I have to say that I'm quite pleased with it.
This replaced my blue Sony Ericsson Z610i which also had a nice and shiny surface. All in all, it's a great phone--looks great, user friendly, and has the basic fun things you would expect in a phone: great camera for stills and video (of course for serious picture-taking I use my Canon digicam), mp3 player, games, etc. I really liked the brightness and crispness of the screen as well and let's be honest--the phone looks really HOT.
Of course, it's not perfect--here are some irritations I have with the phone:
- fingerprinting on the screen. I know I should have expected this after owning the Z610i, but the weird thing was--before I removed the protective plastic from the screen I tested it first to check if it was going to leave fingerprints, it didn't. So I removed the film. But a few days after, the fingerprinting started. Weird, I know.
- No option for creating playlists in the mp3 player--it plays all the music files stored in the phone and memory card--and I mean ALL. Not to be too picky or anything but I really have no desire to listen to the default tones on the phone...(yes, I can just delete them but still...)and sometimes I would like to listen to certain songs without having to wait for the other 300+ other songs to finish first--you can skip to the next tracks but it's tedious.
- Only one port for the charger, headset, and usb cable. My first concern is that it might get damaged from over-use and from all the insertion and removal. The second thing is that I can't charge my phone while using the headset or usb cable which was something I am sued to doing with my Z610i.
All in all, it's a great little phone that has nice little features and makes you look good to boot.

The 262,000-color, 240 x 320 display is hidden when inactive, a key feature to save battery life, or when keeping a low profile is a must. Basic function keys and media control keys located just below the display are still accessible when the slider is shut, and the slider can be opened to reveal a handsome backlit keypad.

A multi-function scroll key located on the front of the device makes navigation an easy task, allowing for easy navigation of settings, contacts, messages, documents, photos, and videos with minimum effort. (More customer reviews)My first Amazon review. Let me say this. I've owned a couple of Blackberrys in the past, and although I enjoyed them I am a mac user which means I could never fully enjoy all the features like the music player.
When the Iphone came along I bought it as soon as I could (Leaving Tmoble to do so), and I loved it. Still do actually. I don't understand how many people say things like "the iphone sucks". Really? What does it take to please some people? Some flaws, sure, but finally there was a phone that not only was designed FOR mac users, but also raised the bar for all the other companies. Many of the coolest features on other phones are a response to the iphone.
With ATT my phone bills went up on average 40%, and the customer care was horrible. They suffered a bit from the "you're on contract so what you gonna do" syndrome. That coupled with the fact that as a Mac User there weren't a ton of smart phone options, so I was stuck.
Then I found the Curve 8900!
With all the New Blackberry's there is finally some real competition, which is a good thing for Mac users. It finally seems like other companies realized that MAC people are some of the largest and most loyal consumers of electronics, and it doesn't take much to make us feel included.I couldn't use the CD that came with the phone on my computer, but I just hopped on the web and did some downloads and now I can use all the features on my Macbook, including itunes syncing and photos. Which is great because the camera is awesome.The only thing is you need the newest OS on your mac to use the software from the website, but if you don't have that you can also download Pocketmac, which works pretty well.
I find the browser works great, and if you don't like it you can download another if you want. Opera mini is pretty good too. I just like being able to choose for myself, which is something I couldn't do on the Iphone. The Iphone is still probably the best web surfing phone on the market in my opinion, but the Curve is still great! I mean there comes a point when you may as well just crack the Laptop if you are going to do hardcore surfing. That being said, I still go to all the same websites and it is just as fast as my iphone was. The smaller screen means WAY better battery life. I still charge it every day, but this phone has made it two days on pretty heavy use, and you can actually change the battery if you needed to which is a real plus.
Expandable memory is a huge plus! I've got 16 Gb in mine now.
Blackberry just launched there own App store, that is much like the one found on the iphone, so now I have all the same things I had before on my iphone like Pandora, and Shazam.
Going back to Tmobile was an easy choice too. My wife is with them, and the customer care has been great. And the plan they have me and my wife on is cheep! I actually unlocked my iphone and gave it to her and now she is running it on Tmobile much cheaper, and because I had the 2g Iphone I actually think the data is faster on Tmobile. Also the Curve switches to make calls over WiFi (on certain plans) saving you minutes. That feature is so seamless you wont notice the switch.
Yeah, yeah. Some people say things like, 3g is a must for me. But let me say this. Lots of people are whiners who don't know what they are talking about. The Curve has a fast processor, and great WiFi capability, and it is super fast. Call quality is great.
It's also less fragile then the iphone. Touch screens are glass and I actually smashed my first iphone by dropping it from two feet. YIKES!
The Curve also feels more professional to me. I can do Word documents on it, and although I can still play games and surf the web, I do less of the time wasting I did on the Iphone. You know what I mean? The usless surfing like "Hey, whats the tempurature in Australia?
All up I am very happy with the switch. If I had to pick a con, I'd say that the locking on the phone is a bit of a pain. It can become unlocked in your pocket, but that was solved by putting a password on my phone.I just hate picking cons because these phones are so great now a days!
I also loved the Iphone, but the price and AT&T was getting to me! A little competition keeps them all working harder to for us the consumer.

Despite two emails and a very long phone call, mostly on hold while the customer service person probably dequeued other calls to keep her numbers up instead of, as claimed, looking for a supervisor, no better option than returning it and waiting for a refund was offered. This despite the fact that it was clearly Amazon's fault. This is the first time in the many years I have used Amazon where there was a more than trivial problem, and they utterly failed to perform satisfactorily, in my view.

(More customer reviews)Purchased the RAZR V3 for my wife for Christmas. I am just sick of her being stuck in contract after contract with AT&T and wanted to break the cycle. She also needed a phone for some European trips so the unlocked tri-band phone was the perfect solution on all counts. The first one arrived in plenty of time for Christmas but when it came time to use it, the phone wouldn't even charge. No problem I sent it back to Amazon and insisted they replace and not repair the unit (you have that option despite the fact that is not explained to you in the warranty paperwork). The second unit arrived about a week later and all is well. The European charger that it came with (our phone was sourced through Hong Kong) is a bit funky, but the phone works far better than her old V550 and is able to lock onto signal in places her old phone never could. Don't hand your money to the evil phone barrons!!! Get this phone and kiss your contract goodbye!!!

(More customer reviews)This is my first review ever. This is also the first time I have ever ordered something from Amazon that was not what I expected.
The phone does work. It was also new, as stated. Works fine. This does not appear to be a US version though.
1.) The included manual has a table of contents going up to page 100+... The last page of the manual cuts off at page 80-something. It also says in the back to contact Motorola-Asia for assistance. Not a deal breaker, but this may indicate the level of detail of the seller.
2.) I say this does not appear to be a US version because I have two (2) used U.S. Razr v3's in my briefcase right now and this is just not quite the same. This seems it might be a U.K. version.
My 2 previously purchased US versions do NOT have the extra button above the wheel/pad. This seems to be the only visual distinction...which results in...
No such things as "missed calls" on this phone. It is classified as a Received Call, but either has a "check" or "no check" next to the entry seemingly indicative of it being a missed call or not.
Speed dial assignments (1 though 9) are 4 digit values (1001 through 1009).
Cannot lock Smart Key on phone exterior.
No light illuminated when charging.
"Center" is spelled "Centre"
Installed graphics are not even remotely the same.
Doesn't seem that time will auto-set.
Doesn't even use the same battery part # as my 2 other U.S.-purchased phones.
That is why I do not believe this to be a U.S. Version phone as stated.
I am not very happy about this. I am going to seek to get this resolved. This is why I purchased this from Amazon because I believe they will make this right.

At just over a half-inch thick, the Motorola RAZR V3 is the perfect combination of sleek design and powerful features. (More customer reviews)I had a Samung phone before and knew how the buttons all worked. I assumed Samsung would maintain the same good-sense button logic on newer, similar model phones. I was wrong. I've got a few problems which I outline below:
LOCK BUTTON SUCKS - I keep my phone in my pocket. Even though I've enabled the Lock feature, you can unlock it without opening the phone, so you can accidentally unlock it. (What kind of lock is that?) When it unlocks while in my pocket, sometimes the camera feature gets pressed, and I have a dozen black photos of the inside of my pocket. Similarly, the voice dial can be enabled, and I hear a voice from my pocket asking me to re-say the name I wish to dial. "Wish to dial?" I locked the dang thing! I didn't want to call anyone!
CONTACT LIST SCROLLING - My old Samsung had external side buttons that, when showing the contact list, would 'page down' or 'page up' scrolling through the contact list. On the u540, the buttons do nothing, and you have to choose the first letter of the name of the person you wish to call from the keypad. It requires far more attention to chose a letter than to just scroll down.
DEFUALT RINGTONES STINK - This may just be because of my carrier (Verizon), but all the default ringtones are irritating. There's nothing mellow or unobtrusive. If you want to have something else, you have to pay extra. Since mine is a company phone, I don't think management is gonna like paying for 'ringtones' or having to go to the effort of getting $3 from me. What a hassle. Also, after browsing the Verizon site, all the ringtones are pop songs. Whatever happened to a simple ring?
LITTLE BUILT-IN MEMORY - You can take photos, video and listen to music! But only if you go and buy a chip. Some aren't too expensive, but it's still just another barrier to enjoying the phone.
SLOPPY HINGE - I'd expect a product like this to be made to tight specs. When the phone is closed, the 'screen' half is loose. It wiggles on top of the 'button' half and gives the phone a flimsy feel to it. Also, you'd think with stereo speakers on the outside on top, you'd think the phone has speaker phone ability. It doesn't.
SOME GOOD POINTS - It's sleek and thin (though if you get the extended battery like I did, it ain't so thin). I seem to be easily heard by people I call, and the buttons are large enough to press easily. The screen is bright and readable. The camera has some good controls on it (exposure bias, ISO, etc), which surprised me.
All in all I'm disappointed. I really just want a good phone as a phone. Make calls, accept calls, and usually sit there quietly. Given the chance again, I would not choose this phone.
***EDIT***: I've since discovered that my carrier, Verizon, has put its own interface/software on this phone to make it match all its other phones (in order to simplify tech support, I suppose). Most of my complaints about this phone actually stemmed from the fact that Verizon did a poor job of making the buttons work sensibly, including the poor selection of default ringtones. With another carrier/interface this phone would likely perform differently. This discovery partially renewed my confidence with Samsung technology, though further aggravates my frustrations with Verizon Wireless.

The Cyclops is a great addition to the line and is an affordable camera phone as well. One of the biggest complaints of Virgin users in the past was the low ring tone. I used to have to set my phone on "high and vibrate" just to hear it. That's definitely been fixed. The phone has a great range for volume settings. I could also transfer my phone number and BALANCE when I purchased this phone. That was welcome surprise, especially since these don't come with any contract. Because I use my phone so little, it actually costs me about $7 a month when I 'top up'. In addition, the Cyclops phone has free evenings and weekends. Wow..what a bargain! I really recommend this phone to just about everyone, especially those with kids. It's a great first phone at a great price. The Virgin line also comes with a pre-paid bag to send in your old phone for recycling. I've had great customer service, btw...even on Labor Day.

Motorola EM330 Phone, Titanium (AT&T) Review

(More customer reviews)After 4 months, my AT&T Motorola EM330 became stiff in the clamshell hinge. About 3 weeks later the hinge cracked upon opening and the upper part of the flip phone separated from the body at an angle on one side. I called in. During over one hour on the phone, AT&T customer service and warranty people maintained consistently that if the hinge cracked, I must have damaged it. I pointed out the phone showed no sign of external injury like dents or scratches and I never dropped it, although I do keep it in my front pants pocket and press the phone against my face while talking which stresses the hinge. Finally I convinced them that I had not abused the phone and they said they would replace it. But there was one more step in the process. The warranty service people had me remove the battery and look at the moisture indicator. It was pink indicating water exposure. I told them the phone had never been in the drink. They told me this could have occurred after being caught in the rain or answering the phone after stepping out of the shower. But regardless, the pink indicator voided the warranty and suddenly they would not replace the phone. They kindly offered to allow me to purchase a new phone at the regular price. How convenient!!! A little moisture indicator allows AT&T to avoid the responsibility of having sold a cheap, poorly made phone. The EM330 is not a clamshell phone. It's an eggshell phone. Based on other reports, BEWARE of AT&T and BEWARE the Motorola EM330.

Samsung Knack SCH-U310 Phone, Black (Verizon Wireless) Review

(More customer reviews)This phone will never be stolen or used by anyone under 21 (or under 50). It is the most un-kewl device in existence. An iPhone, it is not!
For the vision or hearing impaired or for those who don't need or want the latest gizmo, this phone is for you.
Since the phone does relatively little, there are much less menus. Most of the menu options turn on or off sounds. Example option: Phone will sound out each key you press("four", "six") . Turning on each sound option will make for a very talkative companion.
Pros:
The fonts are large. Very, very large. And you can make the fonts in some of the menus even larger.
No camera. No games. No music. No pictures.
The text is very black and in some areas, the background is bright white making for highly readable ultra-high contrast text. With my 20/20 vision I can literally read the text from across the bedroom. I kid you not.
It does have speed dial but the options to set it is not as described in the manual. I found the speed dial option in a different menu.
The keys light up quite clearly and brightly.
The keys are nicely tactile.
Superb battery conservation. If you don't use the phone much, you probably can go over a week or two before needing a recharge.
The maximum sound is loud -- really loud. A person can hear incoming voices on the other side of the room at the highest setting. You might want to lower the sound for some phone calls.
I use the calendar but it could be improved. I also use the alarm clock, stop watch and calculator. The calendar, alarm clock and calculator have dedicated buttons.
Cons:
Why, oh, why didn't they allow for a blank wallpaper?

This phone is clearly designed for the visually impaired or the no-frills type of person so why wouldn't they have a white, or neutral color, background on the main menu? What were they thinking? There's no way of importing a blank wallpaper since there's no camera and no option to disable the wallpaper.
Small (tiny?) "OK" button.
Small external display. No caller ID on external display. No date on external display.
Also, the font could have been (should have been) larger on the main menu, but no, they had to have a cutesy background.
No Bluetooth. A disadvantage if you want/need a wireless headset.
Some backgrounds have other colors. No option for change. Colors reduce contrast and readability.
The voice recognition is positively awful and slowwwww. It just drives me to tears. My phone from 10+ years ago did a far better job of recognizing names. And you have to see the moronic copyright screen each time. If I wrote that software, I would hide, not show, the copyright screen. It's shameful.
The voice recognition voice prompts is played though the speaker phone which can be rather embarrassing in certain situations. I haven't found an option to disable this "feature". Again, what were they thinking or are they just stupid?
There is no vibrate before ring option. I like to be able to answer the phone before it actually rings so the ring doesn't disturb others. The vibrate feature is rather weak. [Update Feb 28, 09: I found a voice option where a feminine voice softly says 'You have an incoming call' before the phone rings. Many times I'm able to answer the phone before it actually rings. I absolutely love this feature.]
The appointment feature in the calendar is a bit lame. There's no way of alerting you of an upcoming appointment. What I do is set the appointment for several hours in advance and type in the actual time in the text field.
I don't understand why they made the power connection so small and difficult. On the power cord, there's a dark red arrow on a black background. Why not white? And the protective cover is dark red and flimsy. Good luck if you have low vision or poor finger coordination. Another insult to the disabled. On some reviews, the protective door colors are brightened so that they appear to be highly visible. Those reviewers are being deceptive.
In short, this simple phone will meet 80% of the needs of those who are mildly disabled and 95% of those who just want a simple phone. If you have a relative who needs a simple phone or is disabled or a technophobe, you can set this up for them and they'll be happily independent (except for the recharging).
The ring volume is rather low on both of our phones even though the ring volumes are set to the maximum. If the phone is in a pocketbook or a jacket, you might not be able to find your phone when it rings. I find this to be a major detractor. We miss a lot of phone calls because of this. I carry my phone in my pocket. I can never hear my phone ring when I'm in a store. We don't carry phones on a holster and we're not about to start. When other people's cell phone rings, they're so loud I jump. Mine could ring in a theater and I don't think anyone would notice.
[Update Jan 24, 2010] I've been informed that a recharging cradle is available which will eliminate the plug-in recharging problem. With Verizon, the default number of rings are 3. You can call Verizon and increase the number of rings up to 8. This CANNOT be done from this phone. Please note that some of the rings are gobbled up before your phone rings so don't expect the phone to actually ring a full 8 times.

Samsung M520 Phone, Silver (Sprint) Review

If there's one takeaway from this review, it's that this thing has awful battery life. After just two days of moderate use, I felt compelled to invest in a second power adapter and a second battery. While they're not overly expensive, esp. the knock-off ones, the point is that the battery life is very short. It is around 3-4 hours, which means that it won't get you through a work day, let alone after hours. What this means it that you should loiter around a power source, or pack with you a spare battery or two. I just keep it on the charger whenever I can.
To make the matter slightly worse, the battery level indicator is not useful. First of all, it has three bars. Most of the time it shows all three. When you're down to two, you have very little left, probably 30 minutes. At one bar, it's pretty much drained. So, don't fall in to a false sense of security of the full three bars. After a bit of use, charge it!
Now onto other problems:
1. You need to buy a 3.5mm (standard sized) earpiece adapter. It only comes with 2.5mm.
2. There is only one connector port, where the earpiece, charger, and (optional) USB cable connects. So when you're listening through the earpiece, you cannot charge the phone. Which is terrible, since that's probably when you're using - and drawing power from - the phone.
3. The minimum volume is too high. This is especially annoying with an earpiece.
4. It's slow. Not horrible, but nothing comes up immediately. Applications take time to load. Sprint TV takes a good 5-10 seconds.
5. The text input is inconsistent. Some apps insert spaces, some don't, some do auto-complete, some don't.
6. The whole menu and "Favorite" list take some used to. They're pretty cumbersome.
7. The sound settings are all over the place.
8. Music player always tries to connect to the music store first. Very slow as well.
9. You cannot email the pictures you take! You can subscribe to a Sprint service to upload to their server, but you cannot email the pictures. Stupid.
10. While I'm on that, there are lots of places where if you click OK makes you subscribe to new services (i.e. pay for stuff). Be careful when you run apps you're not familiar with. They do tell you, so read stuff before clicking ok.
11. My battery door is often impossible to open. It's way too tight.
Now, onto the great parts about this phone:
1. The screen is excellent. I've come to expect this level of excellence from Samsung. Brilliant, bright, nice and shiny.
2. I think the phone looks great in general. Looks very slick.
3. Super light! This is the main reason why I got this phone, and love it so much. It's extremely light. (Partly due to the small battery, i.e. lack of uptime.)
4. Just a perfect form factor. Small, fits everywhere. Looks nice. Not too expensive, but perfectly presentable.
5. The buttons feel solid. The volume buttons are moving a little though, but nothing to worry about.
6. Good sound quality. No complaints in that department.
7. Has 6 bars for signal strengths. Very detailed. Good reception.
8. Does picture and video. Very easy to use.
9. Texting interface is very nice.
It supports Sprint TV, and flips it sideways in full screen mode, which is pretty smart. It has GPS and BlueTooth. GPS requires a subscription, unless you find the well-known way to work around it, in which case it works well and is free.
Overall, I love the form factor of the phone, and it's perfectly capable to make calls, check my email, do texting, tweet, and go on Facebook. So long as you don't forget to charge the phone, or take a spare with you, you'll do fine with this. Therefore, I still rate it highly with 4 stars.

Motorola w755 Phone, Black (Verizon Wireless) Review

(More customer reviews)I spent 4 hours reading reviews on various cell phones, including two hours on the W755, before buying.
Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. I upgraded from an LG phone that was just over two years old. Several of the W755's features are one's that I either did not have available on the LG, or were ones that I was not impressed with on prior phones.
What a pleasant surprise the following were:
1. The speaker phone works very well. I had seen reviews complaining about the speaker phone function. Compared to the LG, this thing is paradise. It has plenty of volume and does not suffer from severe distortion.
2. Voice command: excellent, even without training. Most of my calls are made using voice command. I did learn over past years to enter names in my contact list "phoenetically", in other words, spell them out according to how they are most likely to be pronounced.
3. Verizon: a very nice utility to save your old phone's contact list to a web site, and then after activating the new phone, download the contact list to the new phone. Worked perfectly, first try! (also Auto-updating if you make future changes on your web-site contact list)
4. MP3 Player: worked better than I expected, even through the speaker phone. The free download of V-Cast Rhapsody software works very well for getting cuts from your computer on to the phone. I have a large MP3 collection and doing playlists on the computer and then drag/drop that playlist onto the W755 is as simple as it can get. (requires downloading and installing the proper motorola usb drivers...follow the Verizon V-Cast Rhapsody links...DO NOT go directly to Rhapsody, as you will end up with the wrong drivers and software not customized to the W755)
5. Camera: requires a steady hand and fluorescent lights require adjustment of color balance. The pictures are usable, but not up to "real" camera standards.
6. Blue Tooth: a very big surprise was the ability to send pictures wirelessly to the local Wal-Mart Kodak Picture Maker.
7. Blue Tooth Headset: I got two Motorola H710 headsets. They paired easily and work phenomenally well.The phone/headset pairing is remembered and initialized automagically, so future uses require no intervention other than opening the boom on the headset (assuming you have Blue Tooth turned on in the W755)
8. Ergonomics: fits the hand well, nicely reinforced hinge compared to the Razer. Larger buttons than I was used to (a real plus) and tactile feedback of button presses is welcome, as well. The display is large enough to not stress my aging eyes. Fits in my shirt pocket easily with two pens and a penlight, even with the double capacity battery. (I know, nerdy!)
9. Display Schemes: while several are offered, the "Youth" selection produces a clear, attractive and readily readable display.
10. Ring tones: I found a utility to send ring tones to the phone, and several sites that allow free access to ring tones, and one particular site that creates a ring tone from user entered text and generates morse code ring tones. I now have every person in my contact list set to spell out their name in morse code when they call. (obviously of limited utility to non-radio amateurs, but worth a mention)
11. Interfacing to Computer: the USB to mini-USB data cable has worked properly with both V-Cast/Rhapsody (for transferring MP3 files), and the aforementioned utility for moving ring tones to the W755. Auto-updating contact list via the web site works amazingly well and quickly (this is done via the wireless phone itself, no data connection required).
Cons:
1. Vibrate is weak. Not a factor for me, but I doubt it could ever be heard on a couch...I could just barely tell it was vibrating on a glass table, in a largish living room.
2. Memory card storage is inconveniently located under the battery compartment. Since I have a 2 gig card, I don't have much need to move it in and out of the phone, but it still isn't a great place to locate the card.
Summary:
I got two phones, one for the wife, who is NOT easily pleased. We are both happy with all aspects of the phone, as noted above. It is the best cell phone we have ever used, much less owned. Highly recommend both it and the Motorola H710 headset.

The very first thing I worry is scratching the screen like my iPod Nano. Surprisingly, the screen is scratch free after months of putting and pulling out of my jeans. The phone is small and light in weight but felt very solid.
This phone is not easy to use. The number keys are really big and easy to press. However, they have to make the navigation keys very small to make the number keys big. The navigation keys are too small to use. I need to hold the phone with my left hand and use my finger nail of my right hand to press the navigation keys. Plus I cannot flip the phone open with one hand. It cannot be used with just one hand like the other candy bar phones. The W350 is really a flip phone; not a candy bar phone.
Sound quality is as good as any other Sony Ericsson. The speakerphone is loud. The screen is very clear to see even under direct sunlight. The ringer is really loud. That is good.
Compared to my W810i, the W350 really lacks of many useful functions.
The W350 does not have Voice Command. This is very bad without VC because the W350 is too small to use while driving.
The W350 has a really lousy camera. No video. No flashlight. I love the flashlight from my W810.
This is really a flip phone. There is no Voice Command. So, I cannot use the bluetooth to dial anything. I have to flip it open (with two hands. I can't flip it open with one hand) and punch the numbers before I can make any call. The worst part is that after I dial the number, I cannot close the flap right away. If I close the flap before it is ringing, the phone will hang up the call. This is not safe to use the W350 while driving.
The Walkman Player is not easy to use. I can move from menu 1 to menu 2 and menu 3 up to the playlist to play the song. Once I get to the playlist, I cannot go back to menu 3 or menu 2 or menu 1. There is no back function. I can use the forward function to go back to menu 1. But once I am in menu 1, I cannot go back to the current playlist anymore. I have to wait for the phone to go to standby. When I press a key to wake up the phone, it then will come back to the current playlist. Another thing is that I cannot select an entire album to put in the playlist. I have to select song by song. It is just so confusing to use. So, keep your iPod.
The W350 doesn't come with any accessory either. No memory card, no headphone. no car charger. no CD. no nothing. My W810i comes with all of these except the memory card.
To sum it up, the W350 is a just a ok phone.
