I received the phone on the time quoted to me and in excellent condition. I had to return the phone because I work in a medical facility and the reception was not nearly as good as my RAZR. The exchange was easy, and I was refunded immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone and will utilize them for my further needs.

The phone came in english only, but with the new software was solvented, now I have it in Spanish. I repeat, works fine with Movistar, Venezuela, but need a software upgrade.

(More customer reviews)We bought this refurb phone from Amazon a couple of weeks ago. Looks brand new and is working well. We selected it because of the ability to text easily via wi-fi as we live in a dead zone. We have T-mob but we did not sign up for the blackberry web service at $25 per month. Isn't worth it when you live in a dead zone and only use it when you go into town. So I can't say how well all those features work.
We would like to buy another one through Amazon but don't like the idea of waiting one or two months. Reviews for the same phone from other sellers weren't so good,mostly issues with the sellers,but we are satisfied with this choice.

The phone came with a BIg Ship that scractched my hand the metal is sticking out. No software to install, no media card no even the smallest available. My family has bought Blackberries from Amazon and they have got the media card, software , NO ME!!!!
I very MAD about the whole experience..
