(More customer reviews)We bought this refurb phone from Amazon a couple of weeks ago. Looks brand new and is working well. We selected it because of the ability to text easily via wi-fi as we live in a dead zone. We have T-mob but we did not sign up for the blackberry web service at $25 per month. Isn't worth it when you live in a dead zone and only use it when you go into town. So I can't say how well all those features work.
We would like to buy another one through Amazon but don't like the idea of waiting one or two months. Reviews for the same phone from other sellers weren't so good,mostly issues with the sellers,but we are satisfied with this choice.
