First of all, let me start by saying this is not a smartphone. My husband bought a smartphone and smartphones have many extra features and apps.
Great features:

full keyboard
personalize the home screen
Good for texting
easy email access
good battery lifeFlaws:
Freezes up
very few apps
difficult to navigate online (web pages do not look like they do on a PC)
cannot use a password to lock your phone
You cannot store many appointments in your calendar as it runs out of space
Cannot store many memos in your memo pad as it runs out of space
Photos come out blurry
You can only send short videos to others. You must email long videos but its difficult to do.
