(More customer reviews)I have had this phone for a month and really enjoy it. I have wide fingers and the keypad fits them perfectly. Texting, although not QWERTY, goes quickly. The screen is extremely bright and clear, even in bright sunlight. The external speaker has limitations (to be expected in a handset so small) but I always use headphones to listen to music. Good quality there. External speaker works quite well for voice calls. I had no problem with sound quality through the phone's earpiece. I'm glad I bought this phone.
