(More customer reviews)OK so internally this phone is awesome. Has great security features and easy to use. However I purchased this item used, described as being in excellent condition. FALSE!!!!!!!! The paint has these weird black bubbles in it, the micro sd compartment was broken but still held the chip. Not only did it slide up and down, and side to side, but if you open it quickly it opens all ways, That is NOT supposed to happen. This was supposed to be a present but it is visibly USED, and NOT in excellent condition, ask to see a photo of the phone you want to purchase, I have contacted the seller, and they have promised a full refund. However I am busy planning a wedding and took the phone with me to Maryland so I could ship it from there, I got really busy and never had the opportunity to mail it, and on top of that I left it there, I live in Ohio. I don't know when my fiance's parents will be able to mail it so by the time they mail it and I get it and then pay to return it, it'll probably be past the return date, and will be stuck with a crappy used phone. I paid 75 for it. I found a LG Xenon Touch screen BRAND NEW for 119 shipped. Got that and its a great phone, plus its not used, spend the extra 35 dollars and get a new phone. Avoid the hassle.
