(More customer reviews)The only problem with my order is that the phone was avertised as being new and it wasn't, it looks like it is probably a refurbished one. I can not charge the battery in the phone I have to charge it in my husbands old one. This style of phone is the only one my husband has ever had and he knows how to work it well. I did not know how to contact any one to send it back, for exchange so since it works we just deal with it.
