(More customer reviews)Have dropped a call yet Great sound. The SmartNavigator downloads date from satellites. no disks to buy. I've dropped it with no problems. Customer Support was great. Bummer is the very small stylus and I haven't figured how to make it loud enough so I can hear my alarms.
