(More customer reviews)I have experienced none of the problems indicated by the previous reviewer. This phone went to Europe with me on my vacation and performed without any flaws. Battery life is reasonable under normal use. With additional software, music and MPEG videos are great. With the 200mhz processor, the device is a bit slow, but still a great performer.
