(More customer reviews)I did a good deal of research on Microcell before I purchased the LG EnV phone. The reviews tended to be mixed - either great or poor. I think this is because since Microcell sells many refurbished phones, the likelihood that your phone will work in the long run is poor. This is what happened to me. The phone came in what appeared to be perfect condition at an affordable price, but after about a week of use, the earpiece stopped working without cause. Someone called me and I could not hear anything, but apparently she could hear me. I then tried placing a call and could not hear a dial tone or anything from the other end. I tried turning the phone on and off, pulling out the battery, and nothing brought the sound back. What frustrates me is that Microcell advertised a 30-day seller's guarantee in the product description, but they provide no contact information or refund policy through Amazon. I sent them a message via Amazon about my problem, and it's been about 9 days, and I have not received a response. I filed a claim through Amazon, and hopefully, this will resolve the problem for me. I don't think I will ever chance a refurbished phone again. I don't recommend buying a phone from this company if you want to risk a hassle, and they don't appear to be sincere about helping customers through the 30-day warranty.
