NO USB CABLE NO CD NO MANUAL NO NOTHING. I'M PRETTY SURE IT'S A REFURBISHED UNIT BUT I GUESS I'LL NEVER FIND OUT. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER IS MY BEST ADVICE TO ALL AMAZON.COM CUSTOMERS. SAVE YOURSELF FROM A BAD EXPERIENCE TO A TOTAL RIP-OFF.

(More customer reviews)The cellphone arrived with its trackpad damaged, it was supposed to work in 1,2,5,6 bands and it doesn't, it works in 1,4,8 bands so I received a 3G phone not working with my carrier. Amazon shoud be more careful about publishing accurate product description, regarding to cellphones it is critical information.

(More customer reviews)As other reviewers say, this is not truly as pictured, as it is a Verizon phone. That said, it works pretty well -- with one major exception: where I am (in Tanzania) the data portion is not unlocked. The handset will not enable data access at all. The cel phone company rep here (Airtel)told me they have had this problem with many Verizon BBerries, and despite their request, RIM has not come back with a solution for unlocking the phones for data.
And now Amazon won't let me return it as the 30 days are up. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. This is the first time I am very unhappy with my Amazon purchase.

So not that happy about the purchase, if i had it here would have returned it.
