I have used the phone for approx one month ( I bought it new 200$ in Houston).
The phone was perfect, specially with the dual simcard functionality. All of a sudden, the keys of the row of the keyboard were no more active( working only from time to time initially,very randomly ) and few days letter all that row became completely inactive, ie the phone became unusable.
I brought it to a technician to check if it was a contact problem, but he could not do anything
Now I am forced to buy a new phone...200$ for only one month of utilization........I was very disappointed
Another negative point:
-The volume is not adjustable while on converation
-There is no possibility to save contacts on a computer

(More customer reviews)I bought an A3000 Star in Las Vegas and everything works fine except the following compatability issues: 1. The camera on it is more than subpar lousy or no good quality. 2. GPS issues have not gotten the navigation system to work with google maps. 3. The TV does not work.
Rather than that if you don't need those items then the thing is fine, phone calls are good and the touch screen works fine.
Also other issue there is no one who sells and extra charger for this phone. Because this thing comes from China and is not an industry standard phone in the USA. So if you lose the charger your screwed. Not sure what else to comment on. Maybe the GPS is made for China satelites.
