(More customer reviews)The English language lacks the words to describe this phone. I still cannot believe I paid money for this item. I have had it for 2 weeks now, and I have yet to complete a single call. My first mobile phone over 10 years ago had 10x the features and reliability. Not a single feature on this phone is user friendly, effective or even functional. This isn't even an option to fill the month long gap I have between phones.
