(More customer reviews)God forbid you should have words and numbers in a text, you have to scroll through the linguistic history of the earth to go from letters to numbers and back... after you switch from chinese. Every time you hit a button the delay is so long that, to wait for it after each letter, a tweet would take about 2 minutes to write. Assuming every time you hit the screen, the key you hit is actually displayed, which is rare. To check a text you have to hit like 37 buttons 189 times each. I lost count of how many "menus" just take you to one option. The sad part is, legitimate phones are not much better. It's like there is some FCC law that requires interface designers to be clinically retarded (no offense to the intelligent people with challenges out there, though I understand if there is some taken.)
