(More customer reviews)I've owned this GSM phone since January 2009 and it does a very good job at being a phone.
The other things I like about it:
- Built-in camera that takes 1-mega-pixel pictures.
- Clear sound when talking.
- A nice clear display when open and a cool display on the oustide of the clamshell that indicates, time, battery life, signal strength, who's calling, etc.
- A long battery life in standby.
- Easy to navigate menu system. Can even program/customize your own shortcuts!
- Has a ringtone/DJ composer
- FM radio included
- A tiny M2 chip slot to add more memory for pictures or MP3 files - functions like a ipod that way.
- Has Bluetooth connectivity and can access the internet.
Things I'm not crazy about:
- The default volume for many of the included ringtones is way too loud, even on the lowest setting.
- External speaker sound quality is crappy, but to be expected for its size.
- The gesture-control feature on my phone is squirly at best. You can be waving your hand like a fool over the sensor for several seconds before it responds to you, or sometimes it does not respond at all.
- Key pad is very flat, feels thin, and the keys are on the small side.
