(More customer reviews)Technically it is a "working phone". Neither of the batteries sent with the phone worked. Had to buy a battery. Even with that...phone does not hold a charge very long. Also, difficult to get and keep a signal. Not sure if this is because of it's age or reconditioning? Have another Verizon phone in the house and it does not have the same signal issues. Oh well! It was a good idea in theory.
