(More customer reviews)After less than a year the port where you insert the charger to charge the battery came loose. I've never dropped this phone, I've taken good care of it. When I looked this up on Sprint's message boards I found that it was a common problem. Don't bother buying this phone. It's okay otherwise, but if you can't charge it you don't have a phone.
