Took it to Verizon to activate it and they worked on it 2 hours, finally determining that it was unuseable, saying that someone had wiped out the whole memory and it was not ever going to be a usable phone. Was supposed to be a refurbished phone, unlocked, ready to activate. Sending it back. Also could not find ANYWHERE a phone number to the OEM Shop to ask questions. Amazon was wonderful, of course, as they fulfilled the order thru this 3rd party OEM shop. Thank goodness I went thru Amazon and not directly through OEM, so Amazon even pays return shipping.
