(More customer reviews)This is a refurbished phone, Verizon said they could not get it to work, it powered up, and supposedly the program loaded, but when I dialed a number, it would power off. I went on-line, and set it up myself, no issues, it worked perfectly.
This is not a feature rich phone, it's a work horse. It's made to take a beating and keep on ticking. If that is what you are looking for, this is the phone for you.
