(More customer reviews)i've had this phone for over a year now. i love it. the pics come out pretty nice and the music feature and fm radio are great! it's easy to upload music and take pics off with the program that comes with the phone. i have my service through at&t in california. at first i couldn't get the internet to work even though i set it up and paid with at&t and i used the code i got from the nokia website. i was frustrated, about to cancel the service for the internet when i tried one last setting. i switched from the regular interenet setting to express and to my surprise it worked and has ever since! i'm so happy with this phone i'm going to get a new one if i can't get replacement housing for the one i have as i love this phone so much! i get compliments wherever i go and it's just the right size. the only thing i don't care for is the headset that comes with it. they are so cute and match the phone nicely, it's just the wires are cumbersome and with my small ears the buds are a bit too large. i fixed that right away by getting the h680 bluetooth headset. it's not nokia but the design on the silver piece is similar to the design of my phone! thanks nokia this phone is a functional beauty!!! =^..^=
