(More customer reviews)Upon receiving this phone, i was a bit concerned as I ordered a NEW phone but this phone had a AT&T logo on it. After 2 days the touch screen stopped working so I contacted the seller who directed me to TREO's Support line. This is when I was then told by TREO that there was nothing they can do for me because the phone is a used & refurbished phone that is no longer under warranty and I'll have to pay $199 to get them to fix it. I then contacted the seller and recently returned the phone but still await a response in regards to a refund of the cost.
