(More customer reviews)I had high hopes for this product, and was really excited when it came in the mail. I turned it on connected it to my wireless internet even put a few videos on. It all seemed to work pretty well. After a few days however I started getting mad at it. The thing would fail to respond at times and selecting items from the menu becames a not so cute hassel. What I mean by that is, the windows panal is pretty long. It takes up maybe 3 full scrolls but it does not have scroll bar. while trying to scroll with the window you hit other programs and open these causing you to exit and attempt scrolling again. It even put a password on itself, maybe while in my pocket, but it comes up at complete random times. Then I need to remove the battery and restart. I like the slide out feature but that too is SLOW. Some of the time it won't even flip the screen. I actually say to the phone "I hate you" almost daily. I have had it maybe a month and already want a new phone, bad sign considering my brick/football/cheap phone lasted 2 years. If I could do it all over again..... I would have bought another RAZR.
