(More customer reviews)I just want to let all the customers my bad experience shopping this product. First of all, the description of the phone is a complete lie and bad advertising is NOT aceptable; I bought it because it says that the phone is unlocked with Tri-band GSM and my surprise is that when I got the phone is blocked by a company from Europe; so buying this Item was a waste of my money.
It should be illegal to deceive us in this way because we buy in this page fully confident in the product description; and really bothers me feel deceived in this way. This was the first and the last time I buy something from this seller because everything they say about their products is a lie and a waste of money. I feel cheated and feel that made fun of me.
I'm not from the U.S., but I thought I could rely on Internet sales, but I realized I can not trust, I'm really upset, it was a horrible experience buying this phone and I hope you do not commit the same mistakes I made buying this phone from this seller; it was a complete disappointment.
