Good for elderly as it is quite easy to use, has good volume, and has a unique, well-engineered and thought out emergency call (SOS) button. Also has a useful flashlight feature. Just5 service is good, simple as well, and very economical, but phone can be used with AT&T or any GSM service. Imbeded radio feature might be useful to some (I doubt many) but I taped over that switch for further simplification of use.
Side switches should be a contrasting color as the SOS button is.
