(More customer reviews)I hate to give only 4 stars because the seller's service was everything it should be. However, the phone (through no fault of seller) is not the greatest. I wanted a replacement (the third) for my Treo that "died," and this one filled the bill. It fits with all my chargers and cradles, but it is, after all, a Treo -- it has lots of peculiarities. It works great, when it works, but it freezes up and has to be reset with inconvenient frequency. When this one dies, I will bite the bullet and pay more $$ for an android or "Crackberry."
