(More customer reviews)Overall not bad of a replacement phone. Easy to use. Only comment about the quality is when you slide the phone open, the top part has a slight movement from the base. I don't know if that movement contributes to calls getting dropped. It doesn't happen consistently so I'm happy with this phone.
