(More customer reviews)I will tell you this, the only reasons this phone did not get 5 stars from me are that it came with no written instructions, only a CD and reading it would have left even a true techie scratching his head. It was only laughable and of 0 help in figuring out how to use this phone. It is so similar to a blackberry though that my wife was pretty much able to figure out how to get it up and running the way I like it. Now it took us pretty much a whole afternoon to put my music onto the MP3 player and download pictures into it and through trial and error we figured everything out. The texting is so easy now and I love the radio and MP3 player. The sound is ok but so much better with headphones. It's very thin and super light, easy to text because the letters are spaced apart just enough so a person with fat fingers like me can type very easily. So if you are not able to figure things out without good instructions then do not buy this phone but if you are then you will love it when all is said and done.
