(More customer reviews)This phone has some very nice functions. It however seem to be of very poor quality. My screen was faulty just after 2 months. This purchase represented my very worst experience with Amazon. The seller Wireless of America refused to answer my emails to help me with global warranty that the manufactures advises was covered. Amazon refused to give me the address of the seller and I was stuck with a rotten purchase. The package that the phone came in, did not have an invoice nor a return package sticker.
At that point I thought that I would not shop with Amazon again as they just would not help me. But I would say to all who read this review, never spend you money with Wireless of America. They are bordering on dishonest. They will ignore your calls and emails if you have a problem with a purchase. There is no other way to contact them because they coincidentally don't send invoices or return package stickers. HTC was willing to pick up the cost of the repairs but the warranty fees were not worth it. I decided not to spend any more good money after bad. STAY FAR FROM WIRELESS OF AMERICA don't spend your money with them.
