(More customer reviews)This cell phone is ultra tiny. That's why I bought it. But, I was disappointed to find out that the reception on this phone is very poor. I've never had a problem with my service provider, so I had to assume it was the phone. It drops calls 50% of the time, and there is always background static and noise. The software doesn't seem reliable either. Sometimes the phone will stall, and I need to turn it off and then on again. I will be buying a new phone very soon.
