(More customer reviews)This product is absolutely terrible. First of all, it doesn't work i did all the steps it told me to and i still cant make calls, send messages, or do anything period. Second, it is slow. i guess im lucky because i can even turn it on but when it is on it takes at least 10 seconds to scroll from icon to icon and then it freezes, the screen turns white and i cant do anything the only way to even turn it off is to take out the battery
