(More customer reviews)I purchased this phone from Tiger Direct. They claimed it was unlocked. It was not. When I called for assistance all they had was a recording that requested you email them. I emailed repeatedly. The man basically told me I did not know what I was talking about. They drug their feet until it was past the time to return. So now I am stuck with a phone that does not work. Will not buy from Tiger Direct EVER again.
