(More customer reviews)Nice flip phone. The only major problem is the lack of external display, but for the price who can complain. If you want to see who is calling just disable the "flip to answer" feature. The manual does not describe all the phone features especially how to adjust the earpiece volume. To turn up the earpiece volume ensure that the "automatic volume" is set to "no", then during any phonecall press the rightside of the silver ring around the center button. Pressing the left side will turn down volume. The speakerphone is also a good feature. Great battery life as well. Well recommended.
