(More customer reviews)You should know that this phone is just a cheap tracphone model. Mine too came in Spanish and j&R music world didn't really help me. At&T looked online for the operations manuel to help me. So it's in english but if I were you I would save my time and money go to Wal-Mart and buy a cheap tracphone there, same thing only you will know what you are buying.
