New housing so everything appears brand new.
After initially setting up, make sure you hit menu button and select to show all icons (those that are hidden).
If you don't, then you won't be able to set up BIS (internet/email) but only enterprise email.
I found this out only after searching online for several hours.
Once I did this, everything worked as expected.

I ordered this on 10/31/2010; it came with a 30 day warranty.
Wouldn't you know that on 11/30/2010 the phone went pretty much dead. It received emails and phone calls but no way to receive or accept emails or calls. Essentially, no buttons will work. No matter how many times I pulled the battery, the phone became useless. I submitted an email to the seller via Amazon that day but have yet to hear back. It was a good phone while it lasted but to do this unexpectedly? Even if fixed, not sure if I feel secure with it as a dependable device when most needed, so I simply want a full refund. I can't even security wipe the damn thing. I will wait further for the vendor's reply before any further comment.
It is now 1/2/2011 and have not heard back from vendor.
It is a $107 loss.
