(More customer reviews)I am a Police Officer in CT. I bought a phone from the OEM shop. It arrived broken They have lousy customer service. I requested a new phone and that when I got the new one I would ship the broken one back. They want me to ship it out at my cost with out having a replacement. They charged me 80.00 dollars and got my money right away, now they want me to pay to ship it back. They have done NOTHING to help me out. They try tricking me into removing negative post by offering to send me a blue tooth ear piece, and that they would contact me when it ships, well its been 2 days now. They are con artists, they take your money sell you crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER BUYER BEWAR DONT BUY TRUST ME!!!!!!!AVOID THEM AT ALL COST AVOID THE AGGRIVATION DONT BUY THEY ARE A HACK BUSINESS
