(More customer reviews)I had this phone and actually my husband still does. It's been a good little phone, had mine for about 5 years with no problems. Talk is clear, speakerphone is great and my reception was great too. Actually there were times when I was in a dead zone where other people couldn't get service, but I was able to. Don't know if it was their cell service or the phone, but I got many comments about that. A piece of plastic finally busted at the hinge. I was able to still use it by being careful and putting the top back on, but I'm going to get a different LG phone. I've read too many bad comments about ordering a refurbished cell phone. I heard LG has the least amount of problems and since mine lasted so long (with a lot of use), I'm going to stick with that brand for now.
