(More customer reviews)I received this phone promptly and in perfect condition. The Asian language setting was a challenge. Fortunately, I work at a university where I was able to locate a student through the international students office that recognized the language setting as Hindi and was kind enough to set the language to English for me. After using the phone for a couple of days I became frustrated by the lack of decent and consistent reception. Research revealed that the phone was not set up for 850 MGH, which is the most commonly required band width in my area. Thus, even though I loved all of the features of the phone, as well as the style, I had to return the phone. I will continue to search for a phone of this caliber and style, but will pay more attention to the band widths before making a purchase.
