(More customer reviews)I bought this phone for my stepdaughter, as she was not due for an upgrade from Verizon until August and the screen on her present phone was cracked, making it hard to read or send texts (disaster for a teenage girl). After about a week the problems started, which mainly was no one could hear her when she was talking on it. She could hear them but not the other way around. Also, it started shutting off on it's own for no reason. She can still use it for texting, but that's about all. I'll never buy another refurbished phone again. When she gets the upgrade in August I'm adding phone insurance to her plan. I've learned my lesson the hard way!
