(More customer reviews)This phone is for teenagers who like gadgets. It is not user friendly at all. The slide out keyboard letters are very difficult to see as they are white against a silver background. Sometimes it locks and cannot open - you have to remove the battery to get around this (takes over 2 min to restart). The short cuts are not short - they are just icons leading to another option. The touch screen does not always respond very fast.

Not happy - should've stuck with Nokia.
