(More customer reviews)The picture of this phone does not do it justice. It looks like a plain gray phone, but when I got mine I was pleased to see it was more silver than gray. If you are looking at this phone, I will assume you have done your research and are aware it is an older model that does not have a camera and utilizes a track wheel, rather than what the newer Blackberry models utilize to navigate. With that said, this is my second of this model and I buy them because I like the features it has and it suits my needs perfectly. T-Mobile is my carrier and this phone worked great when I placed my T-Mobile SIM in. The only other thing I might mention is that the phone is branded for AT&T. This does not bother me because I keep mine in a case that obliterates the branding. Overall, this is a wonderful phone that performs well and feels very sturdy. The keyboard is the best and easiest to use that I have every tried. This phone is not for those that are into the latest and greatest thing. This phone is great for those that need to keep up with their email, surf the web, text, talk (speaker function is great), and much more.
