(More customer reviews)I purchased this phone not knowing that I couldn't use it with my AT&tT sim card. I was disappointed because it was just beautiful and I have heard that it's a great phone. I must say that when I contacted the seller I received a response immediately!. They apologized and sent me a link for a return label that same day.
There has been constant contact from the seller.They asked me to email them when it is mailed so they know when to expect the phone and can promptly work on my refund.
Bottom line....the product was great, arrived sooner than expected and seemed brand spanking new, and you can trust the seller. Even though I was disappointed that I couldn't use the phone, the seller made returning it stress free....
