(More customer reviews)I thought the price of a new one of these was too good to be true, and it was. The product number that gets sent to the retailer goes with a blue tooth headset. When you order this for $50 you will get a blue tooth headset, then have to got through the trouble of sending it back and getting a refund. Be careful. I'm sure the phone is great, but it's not a $50 phone.
