(More customer reviews)A few improvements could be made to the Operational System, like the option to dowload SMS messages, to assign an especific ring tone to all contacts at once, to make voice notes with the flip closed (yes, you have to keep the flip opened while recording voice notes)...
The major problem is that Black Berry doesn't give you any kind of support or help if you buy the phone outside your native country.
