(More customer reviews)This may be a Palm program, but the operating system is not Palm's, but is Microsoft. As a result cannot get all Palm features. Had to call Verizon to find this out. Why didn't Amazon properly identify the operating system? I understand the latest version uses the proper Palm operating system, but I returned my original unit and will not buy the new version. Reason: The keyboard and screen are far too small. I have a separate Palm device and will continue to use it as a stand-alone device, which gives me good service.
