(More customer reviews)I had bought this phone (not from amazon) about 4 months ago and when it arrived i was very happy as it worked great. After about 3 weeks i took it out of the charger one night and noticed it wasnt reading my SIM card at the top right corner. I called T-mobile and Danger who were both much less then helpful, at one point offering to fix it for about 300 dollars. Why would I not just get a new phone altogether for that money. So I did some research and found out that basically all Sidekick II's do this eventually and there is absolutely nothing that can be done to repair it, (unless you want to spend that 300 dollars which i wasn't planning on doing. Obviously.) I have since then bought the Sidekick 3 and have found it to be much better in many more ways. And it doesn't kill itself. Nice
