(More customer reviews)It turns itself off if you look at it the wrong way, and mine has the major defect of not going into the phone book when you tell it to do so. I know I'm hitting the right buttons, because other people with this phone are able to access their phone books. Also, when I hang up, I have to press the "end" button like three times before the thing will recognize my command.
But you know, the design is just fine. It's an attractive little bugger, and easy to use. But I think that Samsung was rude to the pooch in terms of the actual quality of this phone.
