(More customer reviews)I bought this "unlocked" cell phone for one of my daughters to replace hers that she was having trouble with. But there was a catch. It was not "unlocked" yet. I needed a special device in order to make it work with verizon. I SENT IT BACK VIA OVERNIGHT FED EX. ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2007. IT IS NOW OCTOBER 14, 2007, AND I HAVE NOT YET BEEN REIMBURSED. $118 PLUS MY COST SENDING IT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
