Things I like: easy to use keyboard; nice side buttons for dialing; fun how the aspect of the screens and buttons change when going from upright to on its side.
Things that make me crazy: dropped calls (and it's not my service); terrible choice of alarms; either it locks immediately, or it doesn't lock at all--no middle ground; difficult to find setting choices--rather like Alice's time in Wonderland.
So, fifty-fifty.
