It have a built in music player, it touch screen driven, works as a PDA, allows you to write text messages on the screen in shorthand, and appears to be the Moto answer to the iphone. I also had no problem to get it working on the ATT network. I slipped in the sim card and away It went.
Two things to be careful about. These issues are
1) The first is that it is not a slider phone that is getting all the buzz these days. That is the Rokr Z6, this is the E6. So if someone is asking for a slider, this is not the phone they want.
2) This phone is meant for sell in HongKong amd not the US. It works fine in the American US networks, however the phone charger have a HK plug on it and the phone as a default shows China character. I was able to get a adapter for the plug and it also accepts the standard charger that came with my Razr. The second issue is the language issue, 75 % of it was easy enought to reconfigured since the book walked me thur it. The other part was a little more difficult, I needed to give it to a freind who grew up in CHina to work on it. He was able to change everything but 2 of the games that came with it.
It is a fun and useful phone to have, however it does have the two above mention hipcups.
