(More customer reviews)The optical mouse is a novelty however I realize that Samsung has done away with dedicated direction keys. The phone's OS, Windows Mobile 6 Pro, almost assumes that the direction keys would be available. The upgrade to WM 6.1 Pro will bring a new Today screen that is completely dependent on the direction keys.
The keypad itself is good however the keys are small and hard. It takes time getting used to.
The voice quality is EXCELLENT. It makes for an excellent calling device.
This seller gave me an extra battery and a 1 GB micro SD card as extras. Much appreciated!
